Flexible pause policy
Going out or skipping a meal? Pause from the app — how it’s handled depends on when you do it, relative to that meal’s delivery slot.
- The meal is moved to a later date and your plan’s expiry is pushed out by the same day — you don’t lose it.
- Within 3 hrsIt’s too late to reroute the kitchen, so that meal is skipped for the day and the plan’s expiry stays the same.

Yes, any time, from the app. Pause a meal at least 3 hours before its delivery slot and it's simply moved to a later date — your plan's expiry extends by the same day, so nothing is lost. Pause within 3 hours of the slot and that meal is skipped for the day, with no change to the expiry date.
Our delivery captain will call ahead. You can also add delivery instructions or a preferred time window in the app.
Yes — our menu is designed by a nutritionist for balanced, everyday home-style meals, not restaurant-heavy food.
